    You can check the status of your Swedish work permit, by using the control number using the following steps: Visit the official website of the Swedish Migration Agency 'Migrationsverket' Look for the option to check the status of your application. This is usually found under the "Apply for a work permit" or "Check application status" section of the website. Click on the provided link to access the application status page. Enter your control number in the designated field. Submit the control number and wait for the system to retrieve your application status. The website should display the status of your work permit application, whether it is pending, approved, or rejected.
  • When should I visit the Swedish Embassy to get my biometrics done?
    Once the control number is shared with you, within a weeks’ time you can plan your visit to the Swedish Embassy to submit your biometrics.
